Daddy likes toys too.
He just got a new toy - a new digital camera (the old one is dying - you can see a dead line on the right third of every image). The new one is pretty cool - 8MP, and complete manual control/override too. It's still a compact, but it'll let Daddy think he still knows how to adjust things.

A sample - he hasn't actually shot anything interesting yet though:




The same image cropped in - great detail, and more impressive is that the exposure is bang-on, even with flash. Her white hair usually burns out completely like this.

And he discovered one of the other cool features - it will automatically create an animation movie!
