Birthdays and Gym...
June is a month of Birthdays... Mommy, Daddy, my friend Christina, Grandma... and that means parties and cake, my two favorite things. Seeing as it's a warm month, it also means more skinny dipping, but this time with girls!

Mom made a great cake for Daddy's birthday, but I got to blow out the candles.

The photos below are Christina's birthday party. She's my first real friend that I didn't inherit through Mom and Dad. Actually, they'd never met her parents until the party! She goes to my little school with me, and we hang out all the time.

Every Saturday I get to go to Little Gym with Daddy (Mom used to take me too). It's fun, and I get to amaze my parents with all the cool stuff that I can do, plus the fact that I can actually listen and follow directions if I want to!

I love taking care of my sister.

Big day for the Cazabon family!
Well, today marked two very special days for our family; most importantly it was my first day at real school! Oh yeah, it was also Jemma's first month birthday. (Birthday!!!).

The important one however was me at school... I think I'll be teacher's pet here too. I don't scream when my parents leave like some _other_ kids do. I think I'm going to like it here!

Here's mom and Jemma - looking relaxed and cute as ever. Jemma's cute too.

And yes, despite what this site may show, Jemma is awake from time to time.

Yesterday we had some friends over for a barbeque pool party. It was HOT here... I can't count that high yet though, but I bet there were numbers involved.

This is me with my friend Nicholas. I idolize his big brother Jack and follow him everywhere... it annoys the heck out of him. I love it :)

They have a little sister named Julia too. Maybe Jemma will be this cute some day.

After dinner, we stripped naked and went skinny dipping. It's great! We didn't discuss pee-etiquette though... don't go there.

All in all, a pretty darn good start to the week.

Goin' for a ride
I took Mom, Dad, Jemma, and Squirt for a walk today. It was finally a nice weekend after 3 weeks of rain. Dad mowed the lawn yesterday and had 8 bags of grass.

If you look closely, you can see Squirty following us about 50 yards behind (between Mom and me). He does this regularly, although Mommy pretends that he's not our cat; you never know which neighbours he's terrorized lately.

Even though Jemma gets all the ooh's and aah's, I'm still the cute one. I know how to peddle my tricycle, and even how to steer it! Pretty soon, Mom and Dad will give up the security of having a big handle on the back of my bike, and maybe I'll be tall enough for that great John Deere Trike!

3 weeks as a big brother
Well, the first three weeks haven't been too hard; however I think that's mostly because Grandma was here. I got all the attention I wanted, and have been loved more than ever. Now that Grandma's gone though, I think my parents are slowly turning into zombies.

Jemma after a bath. Wait, that's MY towel!

Jemma's belly button fell off last week. It's almost as cute as mine. Almost.

Mommy pre-zombie days...

Mom, Dad, Grandma, and Jemma took a day trip to Monschau Germany. I got to stay home with a babysitter! It was tons of fun.

I'm getting pretty artistic these days - I invented this curious art form all by myself!

We're a relaxed little family... right. And no, Dad didn't pee his pants here. We just finished having my bath before this was taken. Bathing is a full-contact sport.

Grandma has a special way with Jemma... Mom and Dad are continually amazed.

I'm getting to be a much better photographer these days.

I figure that if I help Grandma (or Dad) drink faster, then they'll be able to play with me faster! I didn't count on the side-effects of forcing dad to guzzle a beer though... it's no fun playing with a sleeping buffalo.

Don't ever try this at home... swimming caps are not for use by the un-trained. Is it true what they say about making funny faces - if you hold them long enough your face will stay like that? Wow... I took this off pretty quick, thankfully. :)

We went to the fruit market in Waterloo today - it's HUGE! Only in Waterloo can you buy a half dozen escargots for E1.50 from a chip stand, at 9:30am, on a Sunday... or for E4.00 you can get it with a glass of white wine... at 9:30am, on a Sunday. I wish we had a camera!

All that shopping tires a guy out!

Even though she's going a bit bald these days, she's still cute!
