Bad Daddy... BAD DADDY!!!
Well, if you're going to break a streak of posting at least monthly for 4 years, you might as well break it well, right? It's been way too long, and too much has happened... so here are a bunch of random photos and devastatingly insightful commentary. :)
First - some random stuff from the summer, enjoying life around Waterloo.

That's Pina - our favorite friend! (Mommy's too)

Here we are getting ready for Centerparks! Don't I look cool? I'll have to show these to the girls in high school some day...

We must have too many digital cameras... it's hard to keep up with the pictures on all of them!

No Jemma, underwear is supposed to go on the other end... that's just........ wrong. So wrong.
Ok, now back to Hungary - sans kids. Silly parents, we got to stay home with Aurore and Pina the whole weekend!

Daddy... is mommy sick of being photographed, per chance?

They saw a lot of churches, like a cool one in a big cave.

Dad even got to wear a bald-spot protector at one of them... or whatever that is.

The synagogue above was pretty awesome - with amazing history and artifacts from WWII.

So THAT is what mommy was doing when she called us... drinking... eating... drinking... hmmmmmm.

And now the moment you've all been waiting for: Grandma and Grandpa's visit!!!

Uh oh Jemma - Kyle's dead, you'd better kiss him better!

If you couldn't tell by the perspective, I got a hold of the camera again... but I'm getting better!

It was Grandma's birthday while she was here (kind of)... so we all wore the Birthday Hat and sang her songs.

Next - it's off to Sweden! Land of the ever-gaping-wallet.

They had cool churches there too.

What trip is complete without Mommy trying to pick up a policeman?

I think Mommy thought everyone was trying to run away from her!

We went on a cool 2-hour boat ride through the locks - with a real simulated engine failure!

Grandma sent this photo to Auntie Kim already - but because she wasn't a teenager in the 90's, Grandma missed the full effect of the RATT poster. Auntie Kim's in good company, even if she's not looking so hot these days herself. :)

We saw a really cool 15th-century boat too - and got to stand in the crow's nest. They must have had big crows back then.

Well, this is where Grandma and Grandpa went off for a car tour through Germany and Austria - they'll have to show you those pictures themselves!
Just to keep you all on your toes, we'll throw in some Halloween pictures here... pumpkin carving!!!

Halloween here can get a bit chaotic to say the least! All the ex-pats get together and descend on a single neighborhood at the same time. The locals don't really celebrate Halloween, but they're starting to a bit now.

Jemma came to my class with Mommy for Halloween too - she had a lot of fun, and fit right in.

Well, that's that... sorry for the delays, and I hope the bazillion photos above make up for the wait!
